TSO Thread: Poster For Spring Concert - 5th April Sign Up.

Hi Everybody,

The Starlight Orchestra are looking for new members to join the roster of players. We are a full raid Orchestra who play classical musical arrangements.

I am still however short of a member or two to fill up a few gaps in our instrument sections.

If you are a new member to The Lonely Mountain Band what better way to make Kinship and cross kinship friends whilst having a fantastic time!

Help and advice is given and joining the Orchestra does not obligate you to be present at every gathering.

We use the songbook plugin, if you havn't used this plugin before we are willing to help you through those first steps.

Here are our upcoming dates: (All times EST)

Sat March 8th 2.00pm- Rehearsal at The Methel Stage in The Shire.

Sun March 23rd 12.00hrs- Rehearsal at the Methel Stage.

Sat April 5th 2.00pm- Dress Rehearsal Venue TBA.

Sat April 12th 4.00pm- Performance Venue TBA.

Could kind member with the power to administer both the LMB Calendar and LOTRO Artists Calendar please enter these dates for me.

We are working toward our first Performance, a Spring Concert on the 12th of April.

We still have a few vacant positions open if someone wants to join us!

So we could really use two more sign ups for tomorrow, another on lute and one on Theorbo.

It dosn't matter if your a TSO member or not.

If we could manage this we'd have the full 24 or near to it, depending on a good bit of luck.

Just grab the both sets of files, pop them in a folder and meet for 2.00pm tomorrow at the Methel Stage.

(edit) I have changed the venue of next rehearsal.

TSO Rehearsal 4:

Noon 12.00hrs EST (Server time).

Where: 7 Fairwood Lane. Imrath Ivrin. Falathlorn Homesteads. Nr Duillond.

My sign up sheet is short a few Lutes, so if people can join us it would be fantastic.

The TSO are forming a 14 part side band to perform Big Band Music.

We will be meeting an hour before the Full TSO Meets and if you'd like a spot come along to our guildlaunch page and apply/sign up for a position.

Summer fast approaches and we are going to be holding a big Swing in Summer Concert! The TSO Big Band will play before the Full TSO as well as performing in Breetown.

Non Members,

You are welcome to attend rehearsal on Sunday. I hope a few may be encouraged to apply for TSO roster membership.
So far we have 10 signups and we need 24!

Also looking to recruit a few more to join a separate band for our Summer Concert. Where we Swing it Big Band Style!
