Born and raised in the shire out of Stock, Oliee became friends with an elf that made his residence in the shire. After being taught lore and music of the elves, Oliee decided to make a journey to learn different styles of music throughout middle earth in hopes of being able to rally those in need of inspiration.

Oilee has been a good manered player from all of my dealings with him. Though I have not seen him on in a while. From what I have seen , he is ready for promotion.
