My name is Cactus and I am a female hobbit, the youngest of three daughters born to Adelard Took, my two (much older and less good looking) sisters being May and Mirabella. I came into Middle-Earth kicking and screaming on the first day of Winterfilth, in S.R. 1372, and I also have two brothers, one older and one younger, Reginard Took and Everard Took respectively. I am actually named Rose, after my mother, but about the time I started winning all all the fights I had with my brother Reginard, he said that if I was any kind of Rose I could only be a Cactus Rose.... The name sort of stuck, and even more so now that I've joined the Bounder auxillery.

I enjoy poetry, music and sticking up for people who are in trouble. I look forward to getting to know all of you better.
