A bit of a spoiler: The epic questline in eastern Rohan eventually sends you to an instanced Meduseld! No spoily details here of what happens in that quest, but it gives you a glimpse of the wonderful job Turbine did decorating the Golden Hall. This thread on LOTRO forums points out the details in the tapestries at Meduseld and explains what Rohirric history each one highlights. A great read! And if you, like I, were so in awe of Meduseld that you went straight through the quest without stopping to look at the details, you'll appreciate the pictures here of the tapestries too.

Celegwen hasn't gotten that far yet, but I have been very happy with Turbine's work on the Great River and Rohan areas. It seems to me that they've treated Tolkien's works with great respect and affection.
