Finally pulled into this game, suddenly realize that what Ive been wanting musically from an mmo has been under my nose this WHOLE time. And Molie/Tilamon, a close friend, encourages me to join up with you guys. It will be great to play with good friends and good company!

I am part of a decently sized and fairly active RP guild in Black Desert Online. Tho time-wise, I have only been RPing in a game since the beginning of the year. Grew up, adhoc role-playing with friends, which translated to terrible dnd sessions as we grew up.

Guildebrand is a young hobbit of 27, not quite yet a man. He grew up listening to the Grey old man's tales of the world, as well as Bilbo's life story. Tho he does have a hobbits appreciation for all things green and growing. He has little patience for to watch them do such, and dreams of alien landscapes, buildings built into trees. Mountains hollowed out and filled with great halls that you cannot see the ceiling of. His tale starts rather like a crewd joke; An elf and a large man walk into shire bar...

I have not, just recently installed this somehow personally overlooked gem. And I am moving this week, specifically on saturday, when i have been informed that the next event is. I do, however, long to see this guild in action.

OH...oh goodnesss, heh. My father read them too me as a wee lad, tucked in my wee bed. Then I reread them as a teen. Waited between each movie with so much anticipation. Alas I need to reread the books as its been so long. I simply cannot choose a favorite scene from the movies. But anything in rivendell, or lothlorien, for the cinematography, and the sets make for such a beautiful, wonderful, out of this world scene. Or the shire being so homely, calm, carefree. Or the battles, the cinematography setting up such a feeling of epic weight. Story wise, I think my favorite scene (or scenes) is Treebeard's beholding of isengard. Just thee feeling of relief, and awe, as such an ancient force of nature and magic join the fight.
