We have 25 1/4 pages of Unclaimed Characters!
Help us clean up the Kinship Roster by claiming your characters!

It is quite easy to do, following the instructions in the first post!

Recently, I wanted to update my profile/character sheet here on guildlaunch but was unable to find my newly added alts on the roster for claiming! So, here is an updated way to claim your characters if either of these problems apply:
a.) they do not show up on the roster

b.) they show as unclaimed on the roster


Why do you need to do this? Claiming characters adds them to your guild-launch profile and comes in useful if you want to sign up characters for raids using the site's LFF option.
Also, if you do not claim your characters -- they all show up on our founder's page! It is a courtesy to claim your own characters wink

a.) How to add your alt characters to the forum kin roster!

Click the Profile button in upper right corner of page and click on "View Your Profile."

Click on "Characters" in the right sidebar.

Scroll down to bottom of page and click "Add In-Game Info."

From here - just choose "Lord of The Rings Online" from the drop box and add you character's info.

Back on the character page - click on the "Unrostered Link" then click "Site Membership" on the character you'd like to add.

Choose the "Add" option and there you have it.

Now all of your alts can be claimed on the kinship roster and your profile page will be updated!

b.) If your character already shows on the roster, this is how to claim it.

Click on the "Kinship Roster" Link at the top of the page.

Scroll through the pages until you find the unclaimed character (use the page numbers under the list to quickly find the right page - they are in alphabetical order). Once you find your character, click the "Claim" to the right of it.

Make sure the next page says "Do you want to move "YOUR CHARACTER'S NAME" to your account?" before clicking the "Yes, that is me!" button.

Your character should now show as "Claimed" on the roster and in your Profile. Congrats!
