The Ironfists of the Iron Hills is one of the most renowned families of the once-great "Grey Mountain Garrison Guard". Skost, descending from a long line of these heroic defenders, has had an interesting and relatively different path to walk as a Guardian. Early on in his youth, aged roughly 60, he volunteered for service on the front-lines of a Mining Militia lead by his distant cousin "Krushed Stonebone". Stationed in the Misty Mountains' upper-range, he learned a great deal about surviving in harsh wintery climates and picked up the art of smithing Weapons from the Ore they collected. Once his tour-of-duty ended, Skost took his wares and skills to Khazad-dum where he hopes to make a fortune for himself by trading and defending along-side the mighty Iron Garrison Guards and Miners - whom recently took up residence in the Twenty-first hall.
