I won't be there until after 10:30ish tonight. You might want to hold the /roll for summit order-of-play at WSX earlier than that, since some interested bandleaders might be on hand. If they want to participate (i.e. roll for themselves) or merely observe, just invite them to a raid (we've used the OW/backstage raid in the past). Then go through the list of bands in order announcing each in raidchat, then rolling for each and recording the result. Log the process. I usually list the bands alphabetically. Once all have rolled, break any ties with a separate roll only among the bands that are tied (and only to choose among those slots, not to reslot them like a do-over). Assign the slots according to the rolls. The slots are 15-minutes each from 12:00 pm to 4:15 pm (17 bands as of yesterday, since all got through their WCS show). Then announce the order to the assembled masses, send out riders, light beacons, etc.
