re: Eriador Championship Cup Race Course -- Judges Please Read

Here it is... the Eriador Championship Cup race course!
This is our longest and most challenging course to date.It will test your endurance, your concentration, your knowledge of secret paths...Most of all, it will test your perseverance. Only those of steadfast hearts can succeed.

The course will take you through many hidden and forgotten places in Bree-land.

The race begins at Hobnanigan's Field #2. The start is an imaginary line between the posts of the northeast gate.

re: Eriador Championship Cup Race Course -- Judges Please Read

Okay, we have a large area to cover so we'll need quite a few judges.

If you are assigned checkpoint #1 (cliff of Starmere Lake), once they have passed you, please go to the Milestone at South Bree gate. Make sure that nobody uses it. If you see a war steed rider teleport in, screenshot them to get the name. Hopefully none of them will be racers.

If you are assigned checkpoint #2 (ruins of Nen Harn), once all riders are passed, please go to the Milestone at the West Bree gate. Make sure that nobody uses it. If you see a war steed rider teleport in, screenshot them to get the name. Hopefully none of them will be racers.

If you are assigned checkpoint #3 (Weatherway), once everyone has passed... and be very patient because many of them will get lost... please go to the milestone at the Bree Festival Grounds. Make sure that nobody uses it. If you see a war steed rider teleport in, screenshot them to get the name. Hopefully none of them will be racers.

If you are assigned checkpoint #4 (Woodsedge Ruins), after all riders pass... again be very patient, please come help judge at the finish line.

It will be very helpful to bind to these milestones ahead of time. This will make changing positions much easier.
But of course, you need to know which one to pick, so I'll try to assign checkpoints now.

Assuming everyone shows up, we have -- Byrcha, Calycanthus, Dannigan, Hollyberye, Kaerri, and Lhinnthel.

We might as well go alphabetical:
Byrcha - #1 cliff at Starmere Lake and South Bree gate milestone
Calycanthus - #2 ruins and camp at Nen Harn and West Bree gate milestone
Dannigan - #3 Weatherway bridge and Bree festival grounds milestone
Hollyberye - #4 Woodsedge Ruins in Midgewater Marsh and finish line
Kaerri - #5 South-guard Ruins
Lhinnthel - #6 Saeradan's Cabin

If we get more volunteers, we'll try to double up at #1, #2 and #6 primarily as they have the most difficult views.

Kaerri, because the riders will be completely strung out by the time the first few get to your checkpoint, you'll be stuck there for a long time. Don't worry about moving to another place.

As the riders pass you, after you are done taking screenshots, please announce in Regional... in some fancy way if you can manage. It will keep the fans updated on their progress. Thanks!

My Lonely Mountain Band characters include Dannigan (main, 100th-level Human Warden), Briamil (95th-level Elven Rune-keeper), Gori "Mithrilfist" Brightforge (95th-level Dwarven Champion), Mithrilfists (also Gori, 60th-level Dwarven Guardian), and Whittle (95th-level Hobbit Hunter). Far apart, never alone! =)

Kira, by the 'West Bree gate milestone', I presume you mean the one that's outside of town, just over the bridge?

Hopefully if we get a spare judge we can watch the port site inside the gate, too.
