The rodeo is in the Noon to 2:00pm slot if you'd like to play for that. Country and horse-themed songs work best for this. We could work together on the name-that-song tunes.

I have updated the schedule slightly in include the Formation Riding Team.
(If they're unable to perform, we can extend the fashion contest.)
See the first post for the current schedule.
Please let me know right away if I should change something.
I want to settle on dates soon so that people can made posters and ads, and I can let Turbine know what to expect.
Lilikate, are you willing and able to play music for the team? The ABC file will be provided, unless you want to make one of your own. We'll know the needed song length in a couple of weeks, but probably about 5-7 minutes long.

I just have to say this to get it off my chest.
Frelorn has been giving TP codes to people who stream playing LOTRO.
I don't know about any of you, but watching other people play LOTRO is deadly boring.
No word yet on if there will be prize support for player-hosted in-game events.
If only streaming is supported, I'm going to be... irked.
When did it become more important to encourage people to watch others play LOTRO, than to encourage them to actually play LOTRO?

Kira as to the Riding Team music, I can do either, the only issue I have is starting it at the right moment as I don't have audio on my set up. So we'd have to make sure we have super clear communication.

This today from Frelorn,
"Hi there,
We have tentatively scheduled hobnanigans for April 2nd -5th as of right now. The Spring Festival is sometime in Mid May as of right now, but that is not set in stone as of yet either."
No word on prize support, but I am much relieved to have our final dates. SRC dates will not change.

I have changed the 2:00pm "break" into a Picnic.
This is when we'll lure people from Hobnanigans field #1 to #2.
(From the big field to the smaller one.)
I could use a couple of vendors to give out ale and pipe-weed, and help move the audience.
I could also use a transportation volunteer or two, to help summon people to the Hobnanigans fields.

Okay, I'll ask Zed to make the change and it'll appear everywhere the image is linked. Thanks!
I'm still waiting for one more band for the closing concert. Hopefully Andune, BBB, Old Winyards or someone can make it.

Oh, I though you had all slots filled. What time would that performance be, Kira?
EDIT: Oh, nvm, I just seen it. Bit late for me, alas.
