Hello, Band.
I'm just finishing up a rhythmic percussion piece that is intended as a re-imagining of the "Drums in the Deep" concept: what if the goblins of Moria marched their way up from the depths in a sort of conga line?
I was thinking of giving this a try as an "act" at Ales & Tales. The piece calls for a total of 5 players in all - three drummers, a Theorbo, and a cowbell. Does anyone have an interest in playing this with me on Monday? Perhaps a brief run-through first at the BBB oak tree around 8:30?

Thanks Sonca and Lhinn!
I'm going to ask Leri to join us. If she's in, that gives us three tall folk to stand in back and cover the drums. If we put Sonca up front on the bell, we'd need just one more! Any Hobbits or Dwarves available to cover the Theo?

I'd like to volunteer, but I'm not 100% sure I'll be available. More like 80-85%.

I hope it's not that "work" nonsense threatening to interfere. I'm sure if you tell your boss that Eilye requires your presence at Ales and Tales, all will be well.
When will you know if you're clear to come?
