If you can catch me or any of the other Wardrobe Street admins online, you can copy things into your bank wardrobe. We have almost 700 items now for you to copy, so I'm sure you'll find a western outfit. There are even cowboy hats available.

You can make items look western sometimes by dying them Sienna or Umber, to give them a leather look.
Dunland campaign armor and dwarf cloth armor isn't bad in brown, though not particularly western.
