My favorite may be the Longbottom Leaf Cup – May 4, 2013. The blue roan looks like it's "kissing" the red skeleton steed, who looks totally dismayed!

I do believe Turkey Chase Horse Show – November 14, 2012 was the first appearance of a war steed at a Windy Acres event.

I will always cherish the very last one, Mounted Costume Contest – October 2011, for Beorbrand's "Woohoo!"

That's actually not photo-edited in.  It's a remaining bit of a ground-level red firework.  If you look, you can see a trace of it up in the top right corner as well...

Nah, he's just a Cylon infiltrator!  (Old school, of course.)
