Spring Racing Carnival - What time(s) are you available?

Please post with the time(s) that you would be available to participate in (or volunteer for) events related to the Spring Racing Carnival - parades, concerts, horse races, fashion contests, etc.

We are aiming for Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4.

Please be as specific as possible. For example...
* Any time after 6pm on Friday, after 3pm on Saturday.
* Events between noon and 6pm on Saturday, after 8pm on Friday.

I'll try to adjust the schedule of events to please as many people as possible.

Hey Kiralynn - as always, I'll be happy to make room on Saturday, almost anytime, although later is preferable (as I don't usually wake up till noon or so), so 3pm Saturday and onward server time, I should have all the availability I could want - I *can* make it earlier, but I'll be in various states of brain-disarray

Fridays, assuming I haven't taken the day off for some reason, I'm not available until after around 2am server time - that actually goes for *every* weekday that isn't a govt holiday (in the US)

by sheer coincidence, I have friends coming in this april and took some time off around the 10th...however, that *particular* day we're supposed to be heading to disneyland - depending on what time we go there, I may/maynot be available for the first qualifier - it'll be so very close one way or the other - seems like my lot in life :)

Friday after 7 CST or Sat late afternoon/evening would work best for me. I will put those dates on the calendar so the spouse knows I will be busy!

I'm not racing this time, so I will try to be available to judge. I don't currently have any conflicts on either date. Before 1p server time is bad for me, as a general rule, since I'm on pacific time and not an early morning person (unless you count 'still up from the night before').

Same as Keli around EU times so Fri/Sat 3-6pm server.

Alesel and I are good for both dates, and don't mind stopping up for the event. So thats 3pm to 9pm servertime. Alesel will judge and I fancy having a race.

I can be available on the 4th from 11am to 1am the 5th. Friday, I am available after 11pm server time.
