Yes, 168% horses and ponies. That's why I'm calling it a "sprint".
I am not allowing speed buffs, however. That would put pressure on people to spend Turbine Points for the mount speed boost. I want the race to be an opportunity to show off the fast horses, not a requirement to spend money.

I've been thinking a foot-race with any and all buffs allowable would be a fun one too. Just a drag race from point A to B. It will be terribly unbalanced in favor of wardens and hunters, but I'm just really interested in how fast a runner can go. Can they outrun a slow pony?
